The \"hissy fit\" you accuse me of was not over Rikki's questing, but

rather over his sitting in Hellespont Square while pacifist and

dispelling my mists. He is not a citizen and therefore should not have

the right to disperse any defences I deem necessary for the protection

of myself and my citizens. There were other quests he could do at that

time.

I would suggest you get your facts straight.
