Your thefts from Thakria indeed make any comment you may have on what is or isnt 'Just' quite laughable. Although you no doubt will have some spurious reason as to the legitimacy of such actions.

To answer some of your points however...

There will be no need for cheese as I did not whine, I merely 'asked' why Allanon had disfavoured me and then rebutted his reasons

for doing it.

If people want to have a mutual challenge respected, then they must make their attacks against their opponent ONLY wherever it is possible.

Obviously the use of staves in combat is important for some Loremasters and due to their nature they cannot be expected to know when others are being hit by them.

It would be highly unreasonable to expect a person to unenemy you from their staves due to their being in a mutual challenge if you have not first asked them to do so.

It would also be unreasonable to ask this if they have planted their staves in an area that is not oft trod.

However, to place staves in THE BUSIEST PART OF AVALON and then ignore polite requests to remove enemy status for the duration of a challenge is

not only arrogant, but also breaks the spirit of the challenge, from the point that the request was made and by the position of the staves Allanon was knowingly

attacking another person outside his challenge. To then expect the usual refuge that is the norm from a truly Mutually and exclusive challenge is rather unreasonable.

I have no doubt that people will attempt to do the same to me and claim that circumstances are identicle which of course they will not be unless I leave traps in public places and ignore requests to remove them, but I shall weather whatever storm come
