I'll try to rustle up a much speeded up version of the Avalon Java client, with features like full macro support and aliases. Needless to say, it will not support any triggers whatsoever.

No promises though, but hopefully it should provide something a bit more usable than the current applet for fighting, without allowing ludicrous triggers.
