Personally I have only minded the fact Plaman types can sit or run to sewers

because there is no quests or way to flush them out with the other turds that reside there.

The point about any hidey hole be it profession specific or a temple

or the pool is that is there and will people will use/abuse it , its a fact of life.

Just treat people how they deserve to be treated depended on their inclination to

hide when it suits them.

Sometimes the ends to get a kill justify the means.
