think the diffrence here blueskull is that both bards need to be in the same location to use the aria, whereas rits are moved and does not require both mages to be present once danced

also 2 man rits could have been danced hours before any challenge was thought about

potions and poisons are often supplied to people just before challenges as well, so there goes that argument

think the best way to solve this is a personal agreement between the 2 challengers
