I am very aware that certain Parrians help Thakrians. I was pointing out to you

that perhaps why is the way Meerkat, somebody who has not been at all aggresive to your

city has been treated.

I did not imply that Pahn himself had complaints about Parrius helping Thakria or vice

versa, but there certainly have been MANY such complaints by government officials in

Mercinae.
