Just a couple of comments on your advice to Rajj, though it would apply to anyone I guess.

Whilst encouraging someone to go PW for a couple of years might suit the Animists well in that it reduces the number of fighters in the Land. I would think PW status only drags you backwards in the 'ability to fight' stakes.

Second I would like to point out that 'fighting badly' should never have been and certainly isnt from now on, a good enough reason to apply to the Animists. Please don't advocate it, you will only upset folk more.
