Let me suggest 2 things :

First - It is rather obvious that when someone attacks you \"not fighting back\" is not a good choice of defence.

Second - Parhaps you should stop lying to yourself and join the ranks of animists or at least think about wearing a pacifism mantle for a couple of years.
