Not that I particularly leave staves out around public areas but as a

suggestion, perhaps anyone fighting challenges ask to be temporarily

unenemied so staves dont affect their fighting.

I would be happy to do this and I would hope other of my profession

would do the same.

Of course the other option is to choose alternative areas for mutual combat

although I appreciate using mounts to get to clouds brings you straight

back to the staved areas.
