There is only one law for knights in this land and it is MY law, refrain from making posts on what you think it should be, no stripping a weapon from your opponent is not an abuse it is disarming him, so he canot fight, and use the blade to kill you o
r your brethren stripping anything else like armour or packs is unacceptable
For they do not harm and translates into greed, and knights are not greedy, if your opponent yields after being disarmed and goes home in peace, then the knight is bound by honor to return the blade, if the opponent does not yield and continues the at
tack or has a history of breaking his word and acting with dishonor the knight is NOT held by honor to return anything.
As per abussing defy there are many many ways of defending from giving your sword and instead of catching it you could just order it onto a steed, i shant get into the defences to being disarmed but i do know that it is very difficult to get past them
babidi didnt seem to have a problem though,
To finish, Let me make it clear yet again that the only law for knights is my law, cavaliers, paladins, warriors have their own codes i do not presume to tell you what to do, unless, you propose to finally unite all the profession under a common code,
that would be interesting indeed.
