Greetings all!

OK, I'm not a fighter and I expect to get some stick for posting here, but the war of words that has started on this BB and the public one with reference to attacking and stripping the young has pushed me into trying to do my diplomat bit. Here goes.

I would direct everyone's attention to an area called HELP SADISM. This outlines unacceptable behaviour in combat, and might be of benefit to those of you who want to know what the limits are.

I'd first like to point you to the last sentence of the first paragraph - 'Repeated slaying of another player is unacceptable.' This is why the use of olvar to prevent a person taking the Ship is frowned upon. It also might be worth bearing in mind in

one of these team fights, when one side vastly outnumbers the other.

Next, the whole of the second paragraph should be read and digested. Please note the phrase 'Avoid attacking those obviously much weaker than you'.

There is scope within the limits outlined for manouevre, but I'll leave you to read it and find them! I know for most of you that combat is your raison d'etre here in Avalon, but please think about these limits before wading in on someone a fraction o

f your size.
