There are many common misconceptions in Avalon, and I can assure you, that prime amongst these is the nonsense that seers are not good one on one fighters, and that thieves are no good unless they're sneaking about, ambushing people and generally bein

g cowardly.

I could go on, there are in fact numerous other idiocies that are held as common knowledge. It's frustrating to many of the deities up in Olympus to see such opinions, and to see people clutch onto such beliefs,

and constantly fall back onto them to avoid ever taking any personal responsibility for lack of ability, talent, or knowledge.

Thankfully, there are always a handful of mortals around who seem to have that thirst for first hand knowledge. I only wish that more would aspire to that.
