Your post sounded little weird to me.

While Threap was paladin and springtownian he was with no doubt best of your guild and in my oppinion best fighter of your city.

You guild chose him as guildmaster.

You want to tell me all of you,paladins,voted for failure?

I doubt that.

Point is simple - you may like or dislike someone but his fighting prowess doesn't change becouse of city he lives in.
