At last a decent post not filled with petty bickering.
If you choose a life that involves fighting in Avalon you will be faced in
many combat situations.
You will jump people, team people challenge people and the same will happen to you -
the kind of fights you have are normally dictated by 2 things.
One being the way you normally fight - if you are always happy to join a mob or
take an opportunity to jump someone you cannot really complain if the same happens to you.
If you only ever fight challenges you may well be called noble but you are not really
going to have much fun because you will miss out on a lot of the other action.
What surprises me in the number of Knight profession people posting on here - apart from
mages Knights are the one profession who welcome a challenge because a known fight
is coming to them.
I can understand that challenges will keep others from interfering with
the two combatants ( in varying degrees judging by some of the posts) but overall
I suggest after a fight whatever kind it may be you really know for yourself
how well you performed or not.
If you cannot be an honest judge of yourself how can you judge others.
