Ummm... I guess my joke was too dry. I am fully aware of the mischief that 4ch (and some of the other chs) gets into. Personally, I try to avoid the sites altogether, but I have many friends on IRC who love to post links to funny stuff on their websites or inform us of interesting situations. Like any community, you have good and bad elements.
