Fatalus Probation Version 3.0, allowing for your OOC evidence.
#13

Lord Tyranis has charged me with 1) admitting to you that I broke the Thief ban, and 2) spreading untrue rumors of you having romantic affairs. He has

made it abundantly clear that you are the source of information on these charges justifying my probation. You have direct responsibility here. You

are both the witness and the GM. Shrugging your shoulders and hiding away is completely inappropriate. It falls on you to define and justify your statements.

On the first charge, I understand that in game you admitted that Lord Tyranis misinterpreted your information, that it is both speculative and not worthy

of my probation. Shall we count this one then as a dead issue?

On the second charge, I went to you on MSN for an explanation. The evidence you presented was a) I had told you this rumor before, b) I once used the

words \"personal relationship\" to describe your friendship with Zeni/Tyranis, c) I don't like Zenichiro much and d) I'm a crafty wordsmith.

On evidence a, yes, I told you once that I had heard this rumor. Prior to Lord Tyranis making it an issue, the only person I ever related it to was

you. That is hardly spreading a rumor. I don't think it could even be accurately called a confrontation. For early upon my return to realm you

requested that I inform of any rumors regarding yourself. There have been many. If anything though, directly informing you of such rumors is not a

malicious act but an honorable one.

On evidence b, the words I used to describe friendship mean simply that and nothing more. Personal relationship does not automatically mean \"romantic\".

For that matter, I would also describe our guildmate Tazius as having a personal relationship with Tyranis, and I firmly believe he's not in a tryst here either.

On evidence c and d, neither is relevant to the charge other than to say that by your own in game admission, I do not lie.
